We have various plans: 4weeks, 8weeks , 12weeks and longer duration (on request)

- Flat tummy recipes to help you burn belly fat
- Easy home workout routines you can do from the comfort of your home (kindly request for videos after payment)
- Healthy lifestyle tips to help you lose and maintain weight in a healthy way with no side effects .
- Daily access to the coach via Emails, WhatsApp or phones calls from 9am – 6pm (Monday-Saturday) . Although, international clients can arrange their time with me because of time differences.
- Follow up from the coach is weekly (Monday), although you can contact me during my working hours . Etc
